– What’s the order procedure?
Firstly, we discuss order details, production details by email or online. Secondly, we issue you a PI for your confirmation.
Please kindly arrange deposit before we go into production. Thirdly, when we get the deposit, we will start to process the order.
As a matter of fact, we usually need 7-15 days if we don’t have the items in stock. Before production finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you. Lastly, if you need some custom packing, we will make the packing as you need.
